Questions, a broken analysis, billing trouble, or feedback — email brendanloalt@gmail.com and a human (the developer) will reply, usually within 1–2 days.

Common questions

• An analysis failed. Failed analyses never use up your free analysis or a credit — that's a promise. Re-film with the in-app guide: side-on, 12–15 ft away, full body visible, good light.
• A game scan stopped when I left the app. Scans keep running anywhere inside the app (check the Progress tab), but iOS pauses all apps that are fully in the background — return to the app and it picks up where it left off.
• Manage or cancel a subscription. iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pickleball AI, or in-app Settings → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period.
• A purchase didn't unlock. It usually syncs within a minute. If not: in-app Settings → Restore purchases. Still stuck? Email me with the approximate purchase time — every purchase is recoverable.
• Coach AI refused to answer. That's working as intended. If an answer quotes a figure it can't trace back to something the pipeline actually measured, the whole turn is thrown away rather than edited — I'd rather it say nothing than make a number up. A refused turn doesn't use one of your daily messages. Ask again, or ask it something narrower.
• A game scan skipped most of my swings. Almost always framing. If you're a small figure in the shot the pose model genuinely can't find your wrist, and those swings get dropped rather than guessed at. Fill more of the frame — you want to be roughly a fifth of the picture height — and film from the side rather than from an end.
• Why is my rating a range instead of a number? Because a single number would claim a precision the measurements don't have. The range is a form score printed on a scale you recognise; it has never been checked against an official DUPR rating, and it isn't one.
• Delete my account and data. In the app: Settings → Delete account & data. Permanently removes your account, analyses, reports, keyframes, share cards, Coach AI conversations, and purchase records. See the Privacy Policy for the one deliberate exception and why it exists.
